Job Descriptions
1. New model (APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC)
2. Support customer complaint , Report to customer
3. Analysis NG part Inspection and Customer clime
4. knowledge about Drawing
5. knowledgand can use measuring tools CMM , caliper , micrometer , height gauge , tensile strength test
6 knowledgand 5 Why analysis and 8D report
6. Supplier audit
7. Internal audit
Qualifications
- Male / Female (Thai nationality), age between 25-35
- Bachelor degree of Engineer
- Experience 2-5 years in Automotive , working with QA&QC tool automotive and Core tools ( APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC)
- Able to measuring tools
- Able to read drawing
- Good knowledge of any tools and competency in the QA function to support customer satisfaction.
- Hare knowledge of quality checks and new model
- Hare knowledge ISO9001 / IATF16949
- knowledge of part stamping and basic welding work.
- knowledge and skills to solve NG problems that occur in the production process.
