Job Descriptions
1.Check the product document to be according to specification, quantity, quality. According to the purchase order according to the delivery time 2.Prepare a receipt document for Receive products placed according to the location specified in the warehouse. Sorting materials by category. Label the status indication and record the import quantity on the stock card. 3.Inspect the product to make it ready to use. Storage Not to be damaged 4.Store spare parts, materials, equipment, maintenance, cleanliness in the store room in a clean and tidy condition. 5.Bring the received goods to store and put in place according to the location specified in the warehouse and record the import quantity in the stock card. 6.Work on receiving-dispatching products correctly to meet the target set and record the receipt to the system. 7.Inspect the product from the production department to meet the standard before taking it into the warehouse. 8.Liaise with the relevant departments 9.Prepare a bill of goods for the warehouse staff. Prepare the product 10.Control stock of goods within the warehouse by product category And storage space 11.Key information in the inventory program system about the goods receipt. Material disbursement With recording in the stock card of each item every day 12.Maintain the quality of the merchandise according to the storage conditions and inventory quantities 13.Monthly checking of stock in the store with the accounting department for accuracy 14.Prepare reports of daily work problems Let the supervisor know 15.Follow the policy Rules and regulations And various standards 16.Participate in various activities established by the company. Both in terms of the Company's policy and legal requirements such as the ISO project, the 5S committee, the safety committee, etc. 17.Support the engineering transformation process and implement it properly. 18.Understand and follow the environmental management policy. 19.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Male age 30-40 Year.
  2. High Vocational
  3. Have experience in warehouse systems would be an advantage.
  4. Good ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
  5. Able to work under pressure
