Job Descriptions
1. Performing regular quality control audits to ensure suppliers continue to work in compliance. 2. Control of supplier quality and improvement activities. 3. Coordinate with supplier , serving as a liaison between company and the supplier to identify issue , come up with solutions and continuous improvement. 4. Ensure that supplier quality meets all standard requirements and regulations. 5. Report and follow up on supplier performance, quality issues and improvement to management. 6. Conduct supplier audit. 7. Follow job assignments from superiors and suppliers.
Qualifications
  1. Male/ Female age 24-30 years old.
  2. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field.
  3. At lease 2 years experience in manufacturing.
  4. Experience in supplier quality engineer is advantage.
  5. Drawing reading is required.
  6. Good command in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing), TOEIC score over 550/ Japanese language will be advantage.
  7. Experience in quality assurance and the engineering field.
  8. Experience in manufacturing and production processes with engineering principles.
  9. Good working knowledge of the technical aspects of quality control,engineering and manufacturing processes.
  10. Good communication and liaison skills.
  11. Soft skill including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution.
  12. Problem solving and negotiation skills.
