Job Descriptions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct process analysis and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Support system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials for end users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
- English communication skills are essential for this role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar).
