Job Descriptions

1.Continue improvement processing cost down control. 2.Control subordinate to follow company rule and regulation 3.Manage and control process including manpower and capacity follow sale forecast etc. 4.To supervise subordinate to operate follow production plan, daily monitoring meeting and solving problem to achieve target. 5.To control in process defect rate and countermeasure quality defect problem. 6.Improvement line productivity, line balance, reduce cycle time. 7.Making all concern of Production report and presentation. 8.Manage and Educate of OJT./Training system advise to subordinate related with process product. 9.Manage and control yearly company business plan include budget, expense, subordinate skill training plan etc. 10.Evaluation with subordinate for yearly performance (Salary Adjustment, Bonus, Promotion too). 11.Conduct about activity for improvement especially process( Kaizen, 5S, Safety etc.). 12.Follow up and maintain ISO system and all. 13.To coordinate with other relevant departments.

Qualifications

Thai nationality. Male or Female, age more than 30 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Industrial or related fields.
Experience working in wiring-harness manufacturing (injection, assemble) or Japanese company is preferable.
Knowledge about Engineer/Production system 5S, Safety, ISO9001/14001, are advantage.
Knowledge of manpower and capacity planning, budget, expense etc.
Strong leadership, Management skill, initiative, creativity (think positive), patient and diligent, problem solving skill.
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or others.
Good command of speaking, writing, listening, reading, English or Japanese is advantage.
