Job Descriptions

•Manage day-to-day product delivery alongside with Entrepreneur-in-residence (EIR), Design and Technology team, and other Business unit (BU). Work with related team to comprehend the product scope/requirement, as well as technical feasibilities etc. •Apply Agile principle, Scrum framework or other relevant methodologies to ensure the quality and timeliness of such delivery. •Design, Re-design as well as manage the overall process together with Team leaders to improve the product development and delivery cycle. •Be a liaison for any matters related to technical product delivery, co-ordinate with other team internal or external Stellar to resolve conflicts, issues to be able to commit the quality and timeframe agreed with EIRs/BUs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Major Computer Science, Engineering or related field
More than 5 years of working experiences in technical product delivery, performing Technical PO role or similar.
•Strong knowledge in Agile Principle, Scrum Framework or any other related methodologies.
•Strong experience of managing the sprints of product delivery within very tighten timeframe, high pressure or complexed requirements.
•Experiences in process design or managing overall activities or ceremony of Agile practices.
•Familiars with Product delivery frameworks and activities such as, Epic, Story, Backlog management and prioritization etc.
•Ability to translate business requirement to technical developments such as UX/UI design, Software development.
•Knowledge in mobile development technology.
•Knowledge in UX/UI design is a plus.
•Experience in Banking and financial industry is a plus.
Fluent in English communication.
