Job DescriptionsResponsibility:
* Responsible for managing, leading, monitoring and control Engineering Department which consists of new equipment/system/utilities/facilities introduction (IQ, OQ, PQ), maintenance and calibration of equipment, utilities and facilities to be complied with GMP, regulatory and customer requirement
* Participate in improvement projects and new projects and provide technology and skills road-map to meet company and customer expectation and proper timeline.
* Coordinate with related departments such QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, etc., to ensure all coordinate properly.
* Establish and lead Engineering Department performance to meet KPI targets.
* Establish procedures related to engineering activities and updated when time manner.
* Perform risk assessment activities which is related to engineering responsibilities and formulate mitigation plan, if any.
* Train and mentor Engineering team and ensure they are well trained and qualified for their job
* Responsible in safety, occupational health, and working environment and subordinates to comply with safety regulations and occupational health specified.
* Weekly & Monthly Department Performance Report to management team
* Other duties as assigned
