Job Descriptions

-Coordinating accounting functions and programs. -Preparing financial analyses and reports. -Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. -Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. -Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. -Assisting with annual audit preparations. -Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. -Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns. -Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. -Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher on Accounting or Master’s degree on Accounting
5-7 years directed in accounting, analysis, reporting, taxation, SAP system (if any)
Good in accounting i.e. costing, inventory system, general ledger, taxation, month end closing of financial statement, SAP system & Excel.
A teamwork and result oriented, work hard, able to work under pressure
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skill.
Applies knowledge to general rules to specific problems to exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive thinking and creative.
Computer & software knowledge i.e. advance in excel, SAP
Analysis skill & reporting.
Experience in Free Trade Zone operations will be an advantage.
