Job Descriptions• Manage overall project management (on-site and in-site) including customer relationship, problem and incident management, subcontractor management and project quality assurance
• Point of escalation and resolution for customer issues and problems
• Provide full support for administrative functions and documentation for assigned
• Project including manage and maintain reports, technical, and project documentation on a timely and consistent manner
• Monitor and control of project Service Level Agreements
• Works collaboratively with customer, team, sale department and engineer teams to ensure that the functional process of service delivery is meeting the customer's expectations and facilitation of issue resolution
• Maintains and administers appropriate communications to all internal and external parties on a regular and/or "as needed" basis
• Other functions required as necessary
Qualifications - Age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computer, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
- Experience in project coordinator / project admin / manager and administrative works field will be an advantage.
- Welcome New graduate
- Ability to prioritize workload , result oriented and detail oriented
- Active and good human relation
- Able to work under pressure and good trouble solving
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office (Especially MS Excel)
- Good command of written and spoken english
