Job Descriptions
- รับแจ้งปัญหา แก้ไขปัญหา และเรื่องร้องเรียนต่าง ๆ
- อัพเดตข้อมูลลูกบ้าน/ แบบฟอร์ม งานเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่มีในหน่วยงาน
- ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องในการติดตามงานแก้ไขซ่อมแซมต่างๆให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายอื่นๆ
- จัดทำ/ดูแล ประกาศ ประชาสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงป้ายสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆภายในโครงการ
- จัดพิมพ์เอกสารต่างๆ อาทิเช่น หนังสือออก จดหมายเวียน ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารงานนิติบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- ใช้สื่อ Social Media ได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปนอกสถานที่ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานนิติบุคคลจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
