Job Descriptions
1. ให้ข้อมูลอำนวยความสะดวกและดูแลประสานงานกับลูกค้า
2. คลี่คลายปัญหาด้วยการรับฟังลูกค้า พร้อมจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
3. ทำหน้าที่เป็นดั่งตัวแทนของบริษัทในแนวหน้าเพื่อให้บริการลูกค้า
4. ถ่ายทอดฟีดแบ็กของลูกค้ากับทีมอื่นๆ เพื่อพัฒนาประสบการณ์ลูกค้า
5. งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
6. ทำงานเป็นกะ กะเช้า 9.00-18.00 (วันธรรมดาเข้าออฟฟิศเสาร์อาทิตย์ WFH) และ กะกลางคืน 18.00-02.00 (WFH) หยุดอาทิตย์ละ 2 วัน (มีตรงกับเสาร์อาทิตย์บ้างบางอาทิตย์)
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ 9.00-18.00 และ 18.00-02.00 น. (WFH)
- วุฒิ ปวช. ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- ทักษะภาษาจีนดีมาก
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถทํางานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
