Job Descriptions

Tier-1 Security Analyst (24*7) Job Description - Work as a shift following the shift roster. - Performs daily real-time monitoring of security alerts generated by SIEM tools. - Perform analyses, investigate and assesses security alerts generated from system. - Research security enhancements and make recommendations report. - Provide the information about treats, incidents and collaborating with respective team. - Provide security advice, troubleshoot and prevention as required. - Validate, classify, and escalate case to Tier-2 as needed. Tier-2 Security Analyst (24*7)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, computer science, IT or related field.
Experience in IT security or related field.
Hand on experience with QRadar, Splunk or SIEM solution.
Experience with log management or security information management tools.
Knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Linux operation systems is required.
