Job description •Contact and cooperate with customers to prepare all related document for import-export shipment •Contact and cooperate with overseas agents for shipment arrangement. •Contact and cooperate with shipping brokerage and subcontractor to prepare shipment •Complete job file to generate financial result of the shipment in time line. •Keep good customer relationship and provide best service to meet customer requirement. •Handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication. •Provide additional services above and beyond the call of duties •Negotiate with shipping line and co-loader for space and freight charge •Support to issue invoice and payment shipment •Deal with overseas offices with clear communication. •Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Male/Female age 25-35-year-old, Thai nationality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business,Economic,International Business,Logistics or related fields.
2 years experienced in Shipping/Freight Forwarder/Logistics business. Import & Export, knowledge is advantage.
Ability to read/write polite emails/correspondences to Customers and internal in Thai and English.
Preferably with working experience and knowledge in Multinational Freight Forwarder.
Good command of English both of written and spoken.
Pleasant personality, Service-orient minded and Self-motivated.
Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word), Internet and E-mail will be advantaged.
