Job Descriptions
To achieve the assigned sales turnover and Gross Profit target. Explore new business opportunities in order to acquire new customers. Identify target customers, analyze their business needs and make appropriate proposal. Develop and maintain existing customers/business. Prepare the monthly sales cycle planning based on the assigned individual targets. Completion of sales compliance and regular update (Appointment, Contact Report, Opportunities Pipeline and Sales Lead). Achieve DSO according to company target. Generate sales leads to overseas agents / partners. Other responsibilities as per management’s assignment. Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards. To support other team members to achieve overall goals of the company. fringe benefits Car / Fuel allowance : Baht 8,000 – 10,000 p.m. subject to negotiation Sales Commission : 20% of GP based on existing scheme already approved by management Other fringe benefits and welfares are as per company’s rules.
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality only.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
  3. Previous work experiences in Freight Forwarding / Shipping and logistics related business is preferred but not necessary.
  4. Good command of English.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point, Outlook ) and Internet usage.
  6. Good negotiation and selling skills.
  7. Problem solving skills.
  8. Owned car with driving license.
