Job Descriptions
วัตถประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose)
- คำนวณ และจัดทำใบเสนอราคา เพื่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาอนุมัติ และจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า รวมทั้งจัดทำเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของแผนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- Calculate and Create quotation for Manager approval and submit to customer, Including create documentation to meet the requirements of the department efficiently and effectively.
1. รับนโยบายบริหารงานบริษัทฯ แผนงานแผนกหรือเป้าหมายแผนกในการดำเนินธุรกิจไปปฏิบัติให้เกิดประสิทธิผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ( Get company policy or Key Performance Indicator of department in business practices to ensure continued effectiveness )
2. คำนวณราคา และจำทำใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) เพื่อให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาอนุมัติ และส่งให้ลูกค้า ( Calculate and Create quotation for Manager approval and submit to customer )
3. จัดทำเอกสารการส่งออกสินค้า (Export Plan) เพื่อนำเสนออนุมัติ และส่งให้แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเตรียมดำเนินการ ( Create ecport plan for Sale Chief monitoring and Sales Manager approval with information to related department preparation detail )
4. ลงรายละเอียด Forecast, Order, Price ของสินค้าในระบบ ERP ( Input Forecast, Order and Price in ERP system )
5. ตรวจสอบเอกสารการส่งออกสินค้า และจัดส่งให้ลูกค้า ( Monitoring ducument of Export and submit to customer e.g.Packing list,BL,HWA,etc )
6. จัดเตรียมเอกสารการส่งออกสินค้าให้กับบัญชีเพื่อส่งออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ( Preparation ducuments of export (e.g. Quotation,Packing list, PO) for Accounting department for issue Invoice )
7. ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า Shipping และแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สินค้าเข้าตามกำหนด และทันตามความต้องการของลูกค้า ( Coordinate with customer,Shipping companies and related department to provide timely and customized products customer requirement )
8. สรุปรายงานการจัดส่งสินค้าออกประจำเดือน ( Summary monthly export, AAT, other )
9. ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงานของบริษัท ( Follow the rules and regulations in the operation of the company )
10. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย ( Any assigned from Sales Chief, Sales Ass't Manager, Sales Manager or Top management )
11. ปฏิบัติงานในโปรแกรมที่ลูกค้ากำหนดให้ได้ ( Can use program from customer requirement )
12. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมในบริษัท เช่น IATF16949, ISO14001 ฯลฯ ( Support activities in companies e.g. ISO/TS16949, ISO14004 etc.)
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-30 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการคิดคำนวณเพื่อทำใบเสนอราคา
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office และมีความรู้ระบบ ERP
- พูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีวุฒิภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และสามารถรับภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
