Job Descriptions
1. สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการฝึกอบรมรายบุคคล IDP และสายงานอาชีพ CD 2. ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม 3. ดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรต่างๆ ตามแผนงานบริษัท เพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคลากร 4. ประเมินผลแผนการฝึกอบรม 5. จัดอบรมผู้ร่วมงานใหม่ตาม Oreintation & Trainning Check sheet 6. ดำเนินการติดตามการ OJT จากต้นสังกัด 7. จัดทำ Online learning / Leaning Projects 8. จัดทำ Skill Matrix 9. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษารดับ ป.ตรี - ป.เอก สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ / วิทยาศาสตร์ / บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร ฝึกอบรมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความรู้ด้านระบบ ISO, GMP, HACCP, FSSC
  6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร และมีทักษะในการประสานงาน
  7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
