Job DescriptionsPosition Objective:
Work with In-process Inspector to ensure quality In-process. Support the Quality Management system. Manage team to meet customer satisfaction. Conduct and analysis of nonconforming data for identification of trend and suggestion/coordinates for the implementation of necessary corrective actions
Responsibility
• Support the Quality Inspector to be understanding, responsible for ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
•Support to analysis and drive corrective action (internal failure, customer complaints).
•Follow up the effectiveness of Corrective Action for In process Non Conforming
•Follow up for quality improvement plan and effectiveness.
•To train and educate subordinate staffs in quality related.
•Provide quality guide line and necessary Instruction in quality related.
•Cooperation with production line in any quality issued
•Manage in-process inspection team
•Having authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems, to contained the product or potential non-conformity product and prevented to ship to customers.
•Have direct control of all operating activities and are responsible for ensuring that their staff observe the Environmental Health and Safety procedure.
•Support the quality team to the morale for work performance, learning, develop and a teamwork. Including consulting both inside and outside the organization.
•Risk management and related competencies.
•Co-operate and support and participate in various activities of the company such as 6S, APQP and Fast response of issue.
