Job Description -Working in the Instant Noodle Development Department -Instant Noodle Research and Development will develop both formulas and production methods for current and new products for Singapore and Southeast Asian countries. The research and development will be conducted in the lab and then relocated to the factory. In addition, basic research on instant noodles and consideration of the most suitable cost will be conducted. - Loves to eat. - No problem in communicating in English (including reading and writing). - Able to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint . - Able to work as a team - Responsible and optimistic - Due to having to work in a relatively hot environment for a long time, we require candidates who are healthy and can tolerate this type of working environment. - Must travel to work in Southeast Asian countries from time to time - No dietary restrictions Religious or have food allergies - Working in an environment with strong odors - Must have 3 years or more experience Work history 1) Have done research and development in a Pilot Plant of processed food products 2) Have had research and development experience in a supplier of flour and wheat flour 3) Have had research and development experience in processed food products using wheat flour, such as bread, noodles or various snacks 4) Have had research and development experience in processed food products that need to go through the frying process, such as bread, noodles or various snacks 5) Have had research and development experience in a manufacturing company related to processed food products, have done research and development in a lab and brought it to scale up in a factory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food related fields.
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหาร
At least 3 years experience as R&D in food manufacturing.
มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไปในตำแหน่ง R&D ด้านอาหารการผลิต.
Have had research and development experience in a supplier of flour and wheat flour.

Have had research and development experience in processed food products using wheat flour, such as bread, noodles or various snacks
เคยประสบการณ์การวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารแปรรูปที่ต้องผ่านกระบวนการทอดด้วยน้ำมัน เช่น ขนมปัง เส้นบะหมี่ หรือ ขนมต่างๆ
Good command in English (interview in English only)

5 days working (Mon-Fri 08:00~17:30) at Navanakorn Industry, Pathum Thani
