Job Descriptions
– จัดทำ Invoice พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี – บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้ – สรุปยอดขายสาขาประจำวัน และประจำเดือน – สรุปยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือประจำสัปดาห์ – จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน – จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (ภพ.30) ทุกเดือน – งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 25 ขึ้นไป
  2. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือการเงินเท่านั้น
  3. มีประสบการณ์บัญชี AR/AP อย่างน้อย 1-3ปี
  4. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงาน (อ่านและเขียน) พอได้
  5. ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่สูง ขยัน อดทน
  8. หากสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี Forma จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  9. ถ้าใช้ Excel Pivot ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
