Job Descriptions
1. Business Growth & Target Achievement: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generation methods (cold calls, networking, referrals, events). - Qualify leads and convert prospects into customers through effective sales strategies and presentations. - Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by identifying high-value opportunities and converting them into sales. - Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipeline, set goals, and prioritize high-impact activities to meet revenue objectives. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business. - Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with products/services. 3. Account Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to meet service and delivery standards. - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, account status, and progress towards sales goals. 4. Internal Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to develop tailored solutions for client needs. - Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. 5. Market Insights: - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights that enhance the sales approach. - Regularly report on market insights, sales performance, and any emerging client needs to inform company strategy.
Qualifications
  1. Age 25-35 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within SI / IT / Network / Storage sectors.
  4. Strong passion for sales and customer service, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license for client visits as needed.
