Job Descriptions
1.Learn and Understand Food Production and Quality Control Processes: Gain hands-on experience to deeply understand the food production process, quality assurance, and food safety standards, ensuring products meet quality requirements.
2.Support Operations and Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing inventory, production schedules, and supplier relationships, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely supply of raw materials and products.
3.Analyze Market Demand and Supply Chain Data: Use data analysis to evaluate changes in market demand, optimize supply chain resource allocation, and improve the speed and accuracy of supply chain responses.
4.Participate in Food Safety and Compliance Initiatives: Work with the team to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations, health standards, and company policies, safeguarding the company's brand safety.
5.Enhance Leadership and Team Management Skills in a Food Production Environment: Improve management and leadership abilities by overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring efficient and orderly production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor graduates preferably in Food Science, Engineering, supply chain or relate fields with an outstanding academic background.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command in English and Chinese would be an advantage
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
