Job Descriptions
•ดูแลรับผิดชอบ support user เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ และ network ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (POS,CCTV,Computer) ภายร้านกาแฟ D’Oro และ สำนักงานใหญ่ •รับเรื่องปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ ให้คำแนะนำ ทำการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับ user •ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ และ network เมื่อมีการเปิดสาขาใหม่ •ประสานงานกับ vendor ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ hardware และ software •ทำการตรวจสอบ และ ติดตามการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ และ ระบบที่เชื่อมต่อ •ทำการบันทึกข้อมูลทรัพย์สิน และ ประวัติการซ่อมอุปกรณ์ *มีความจำเป็นต้องเดินทางไปสาขาทั้งในกรุงเทพ และ ต่างจังหวัดเพื่อ support (บริษัทมีเบี้ยเลี้ยง และ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางให้)
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์เรื่องระบบขายหน้าร้าน POS และ ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการงานต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อให้งานเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา
  5. มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์/จักรยานยนตร์
