Job Descriptions1.Development and design of compensation packages and benefits
2.Creation and improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
3.Documents and administers compensation programs such as salary increases, salary survey, Performance bonus,profits sharing,attendance bonus, performance appraisals and etc.
4.Executes payroll transaction via HRM system to ensure all of records accuracy payment.
5.Update and maintain the Time and Attendance system
6.Preparing monthly and yearly report to Government such SSO, Revenue office etc.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree or higher
- Good communication skill and computer literacy.
- Understanding on Quality system i.e. IATF16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 etc.
- Good command in English.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law and related Government regulations to support top management.
- Have knowledge in labor law, social security law, withholding tax law, work permit law etc.
- Have management skills and a person of integrity.
