Job Descriptions
1.Collaborate with relevant departments to communicate and update all levels of the company on continuous improvement activities and progress across different plants. 2.Work with the organization to identify and evaluate new process improvement opportunities in key areas including quality, performance (man hours, Kaizen), operation layout, production lead time, sub-materials, and manufacturing availability. 3.Analyze current processes and coordinate with related departments to ensure appropriate information flow and alignment with overall process improvement strategies. 4.Support continuous improvement initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle times, ultimately driving significant business improvements and customer satisfaction. 5.Manage production improvement activities and monitor progress through standard tracking tools (e.g., Kaizen, suggestion systems) to ensure effective implementation and outcomes. 6.Design and optimize production processes to improve productivity, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female age between 30 - 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
  3. Experience more than 7 years in TPS System
  4. Experience working in automotive parts .
  5. Experience working in a Japanese Manufacturing.
  6. Knowledge of Kaizen ,TPM , QCC activity and Toyota 3 pillar Concept.
  7. Knowledgeable in system IATF16949 & ISO 9001 , PFMEA, and Control Plan.
  8. Good command of English and good computer proficiency.
