Job Descriptions - Responsible for supporting in hardware and software of IT system.
- Performs a wide variety of Support, configuration of workstations, servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN, Security, Wireless and stand-alone environment
- Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system and infrastructure and network problems promptly
- Provides period reports and documents of system maintenance, project and others
- Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Investigate and diagnose network incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
- Implement changes to network configurations based on business requirements
