Job Descriptions
- Responsible for business case development and presentation
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Create functional specifications for software solutions
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
- Design and optimize business processes
- Develop and maintain process models and documentation
- Design UX/UI for software solutions
- Ensures software solutions meet user needs
- Develop and execute test cases/test scripts to ensure the quality of systems
- Provide user training and support for new systems
- Keeps user informed of problems, issues, and resolutions
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business operations
- Assist in project management and change management
- Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction
- Contribute to strategic IT planning
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders
- Monitor industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Have background on Business Analyst at least 1 years.
- Have background on IT software company at least 1 years.
- Strong problem analysis, Problem solving, Analytical and systematic thinking.
- Strong communicate with customer and developer skills.
- Experience in ERP or HR System will be advantage.
- Self-Managing including mature and good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Agile teams will be advantage.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Expertise in conflict resolution.
