Job Descriptions
Accounting Function; 1 Position
1. Review and consolidate monthly and yearly input financial statements in STRAVIS for AISIN.
2. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Finance, and Taxation.
3. Perform daily and monthly checks and postings of payments (local and overseas) in the AX2012 system.
4. Review and reconcile each account code in the ledger.
5. Review withholding tax (PND.3, PND.53, PND.54).
6. Prepare and verify all tax documents to ensure correctness, including Corporate Income Tax (PND.50, PND.51).
7. Review and analyze the monthly financial statement.
8. Review payment and petty cash transactions.
10. Control and analyze daily and monthly cash flow.
11. Support the preparation of the accounting budget.
12.Review and analyze data supporting TISO.
13. Review BOI (Board of Investment) and Non-BOI expense allocations.
Costing Function; 1 Position
1. Ensure that physical count and deferred revenue audits are conducted on schedule according to company policy.
2. Develop and prepare regulations related to Inventory, Cost Management and fixed asset function.
3. Review and approve reports on inventory movement and inventory balances.
4. Oversee inventory management processes at the end of the half-year and annually.
5. Prepare standard costs for Transmission / Torque converter.
6. Allocated Cost Report: Review and approve monthly allocated cost reports.
7. Analyze net realizable value and obsolete raw materials and finished goods during yearly closing.
9. Develop and prepare regulations related to Fixed Asset Management.
10. Review and check the fixed asset register to ensure its correctness.
Qualifications
- Female age between 37 - 42 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience more than 13 years up working experience in Accounting, Standard Cost, Inventory or Fixed Asset.
- Knowledge of Accounting job and Cost, Inventory function.
- Knowledge of tax regulation and other legal obligation related.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and manufacturing process for automotive, assembly, and electricity parts
- Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Outlook)
