Job Descriptions 1.Formulated local period training program: to assist the team to build and optimize training system on department level
2.Responsible for investigation, collection and analysis of training needs amongst service teams
3.Responsible for training courses optimization and development: according to company development strategy, and talent development needs, integrate and optimize the existing training contents, to develop new courses, meanwhile assist HQ to complete course localization work
4.Responsible for the specific training implementation: to carry out the teaching of professional courses vividly, to control the site, to provide feedback on the courses, to improve the training content, to optimize the training mode, and assessing methods, etc.
5.Responsible for the evaluation and summary of training effects: make the training record and follow up the after-training effect feedback, analyze and summarize, and put forward the training management and curriculum improvement suggestions; Evaluate the training effect and submit the analysis report etc.
6.Responsible for other related work within the department, such as monthly examination and SC audit
