Job Descriptions
1.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution. 2.Strategically analyze and align project goals with broader logistics and business objectives. 3.Proactively manage issues that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction. 4.Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and technology, to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 5.Continuously assess resource utilization and make adjustments as needed. 6.Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure it aligns with contractual obligations. 7.Prepare regular reports and updates for both clients and senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing any deviations from the plan. 8.Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and exceeding expectations. 9.Ensure that all logistics operations and services comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. 10.Implement quality control processes to maintain high service standards. 11.Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and efficiency enhancements within the contract logistics projects.
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality, 35 years old up
  2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  3. Proven experience in contract logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  4. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Initiative and people management skills
  7. In-depth knowledge of contract logistics and supply chain operations.
