Job Descriptions
1. สํารวจความต้องการฝึกอบรมจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ แล้วนํามาจัดทําแผนฝึกอบรมนําเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาและขออนุมัติแผน 2. จัดทําหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม ประสานวิทยากรและจัดเตรียมสถานที่ อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฝึกอบรม 3. ฝึกอบรมตามแผนการฝึกอบรมทั้งภายใน และภายนอก และบันทึกประวัติการฝึกอบรม ทั้งนี้ ต้องฝึกอบรมให้ครบตามที่กฎหมายกําหนด 4 ยื่นขอรับรองหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานและนําเอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายยื่นขอยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้ โดยประสานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
  4. มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ รักงานบริการ และสามารถทํากิจกรรมนอกเวลาได้
  5. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร
  6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการและงานฝึกอบรม โดยตรง
  7. สามารถวางแผนการทำงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใต้กรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
  8. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
  9. วางแผนและควบคุมการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
  10. ทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
