Job Descriptions- To provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints and troubleshooting problems with our products and services.
- Coordinate with other departments concerned and follow up service to customer.
- Record customer information in system completely and keep it status up to date until cases closed.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 years experience in Call center, Customer service or related field. (New Graduated are welcome)
- Knowledge of Call center process.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Good in MS Office
- Good service and open mind.
