Job Descriptions
1.Express the CaminX food philosophy, unexpected and thoughtful experiences through our food. 2.Experiment with different ingredients and cooking techniques to create innovative food products that can be produced in scale. 3.Stay on the pulse of data and customer feedback to tweak and optimize recipes and the menu. 4.Manage ongoing food and kitchen labor costs. 5.Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency across all kitchens. 6.Uphold and maintain the highest levels of food hygiene practices and processes. 7.Build, train and guide our food team. 8.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of food stations. 9.Ensure that ingredients are prepared in accordance with SOPs. 10.Encourage the team to always strive for higher standards. ** Sous chef ของร้าน RERN เป็นร้านอาหาร Fine Dinning ที่เป็นอาหารใต้
Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of experience in fine dining restaurants or high-end restaurants.
  2. Stability to perform under heavy pressure of stress.
  3. High personal and team standards who expects nothing but the best.
  4. Honest and integrity to earn trust and maintain confidence.
  5. Experience in maintaining rigorous high quality and safety standards.
  6. Proven experience in inventory and food cost control.
  7. Passion with various styles and techniques necessary to develop and execute menus.
  8. Ability to create innovative food products that customers love.
  9. Hunger to expand knowledge base and skill set.
  10. Expertise in using local ingredients and cooking with the seasons.
  11. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  12. Coaching skills to coach people in their current roles to improve performance, and prepare them for future roles
