Job Descriptions
- พูดคุยต้อนรับลูกค้าคุยรายละเอียดความต้องการลูกค้า
- นำเสนอแบบงานให้ลูกค้า พรีเซ้นนำเสนองานวางแผนจบงานลูกค้าเพื่อทำสัญญา
- คิดราคาถอดราคางาน
- ติดตามความคืบหน้างานและเบิกเงินงวดงานและส่วนต่างที่เพิ่มระหว่างการก่อสร้าง
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า ติดตามลูกค้า และตอบปัญหาแก้ไขข้อสงสัย
- งานเอกสารต่างๆ เอกสารยื่นกู้ธนาคาร, รายงานต่างๆ, แผนงวดลูกค้า
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์-สถาปัตยกรรมหลัก สาขาผังเมืองหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 23-38 สัญชาติไทย
- มีประสบการณ์ออกแบบงานบ้านและอาคาร1ปีขึ้นไป
- ใช้โปรแกรม Sketchup และ Autocad ได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
