Job Descriptions- Initiate new product concept development , new product presentation and value creation within scope of responsibility including implementation and compatibility company and customer environment.
- Develop product prototype , product cost , and product trial , communicate trial result and its conclusion and recommendation where needed.
- Participate and recommend the optimum utilization of ingredients , packaging materials and equipment in the development of new product including existing product.
- Lead or participate on cross function team on cost saving project as a benefit to company and/or customer.
- Must have good knowledge of Food regulation in SEA/EU/USA/JAPAN , Food safety and Hygiene and know how to implement GMP/HACCP/ISO2200 principals on production site and Restaurant Model. Moreover , must have capability for restaurant QA audit.
- Prefer who has Food marinade & coating background.
