Job Descriptions
1. สรรหา สัมภาษณ์ คัดเลือกพนักงานให้ตรงตามตำแหน่งงาน 2. ใช้ความสามารถในการรับฟัง สื่อสาร ดึงดูด จูงใจ คนที่ใช่ร่วมงานกับองค์กร 3. ช่วยคิด วิเคราะห์ ร่วมวางแผน วางกลยุทธ์ เกี่ยวกับงานด้านการสรรหาขององค์กร 4. จัดทำ Project สนับสนุนงานด้านสรรหาบุคลากรมาร่วมงานกับองค์กร 5. สนับสนุนงาน PR Company Brand เพื่อการสรรหา 6. สนับสนุนงานด้านการบริหารอัตรากำลังคน 7. จัดทำรายงานการสรรหา และรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8. สนับสนนุนทีมงาน HR และพนักงานในองค์กรตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22-28 ปี เพศหญิง
  2. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไปทุกสาขา
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับบริษัทอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป อยากเติบโตทางด้านงานสรรหา หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านสรรหาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. เรียนรู้ไว ช่างสังเกตุ สนใจเรียนรู้ธุรกิจ
  5. ประสานงานได้ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรอง
  6. สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับคนที่หลากหลาย มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
