Job Descriptions

• Analyze the issues reported by users and provide solutions • Design, develop enhancements and functionality changes by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying system flow, data usage, and work processes following the software development lifecycle to serve the business needs. • Support production issues in daily basis • Communicate with key users to provide application support and explain resolutions • Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related fields
Experience in developing, maintaining and debugging object oriented applications
Experience in supporting application and close interaction with the business users and application teams
Have knowledge in programming languages: JAVA, Java Server Pages, JavaScript and Spring boot (Tool eclipse/Struts framework)
Have knowledge of LOS/LOAN/ATM/CDM/Deposit System Experience will be an advantage
Ability to prioritize and multi-task due to high volume of cases received daily
Ability to keep schedule, make tight deadlines, work timely and independently.
Attention to detail - applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked
Effective working independently or as a cooperative team member
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills in both verbal and written form
Can communicate in English both writing and speaking.
