Strategic planning for responsible area, drive all stores in the area to achieve the goal through effectively communicate and improve restaurant managers and team managers' capability.’
1. Eager to forecast the change in the future regarding customer needs, sales, profit and workforce trend
2. Manage and improve operational performance in the area such as sales, profit and cost
3. Strategically plan both long-term and short-term operational goals
4. Collaborate with other functions and provide feedback for driving better performance
5. Ensure that all restaurant stores strictly follow the standards and rules such as service step, health and food safety standard, brand standard, shrinkage & wastage control, Inventory control etc.
6. Be a role model of following Subway standards
7. Be people developer to improve team's performance and retain the talent
8. Strongly in area store operation management
Qualifications
