1. Eager to forecast the change in the future regarding customer needs, sales, profit and workforce trend
2. Manage and improve operational performance in the area such as sales, profit and cost
3. Strategically plan both long-term and short-term operational goals

5. Ensure that all restaurant stores strictly follow the standards and rules such as service step, health and food safety standard, brand standard, shrinkage & wastage control, Inventory control etc.
