Job Descriptions
Primary Responsibility:
To conduct product development in the area of responsibility including comparative testing, and breeding demonstration plots to ensure the highest standards are met in the quality process and customer requirements.
Major Job Responsibilities;
•Conduct a breed test and product demonstration plot.
•Disease screening and related plant chemical testing.
•Check and evaluate plots regularly.
•Summarize the information of the cultivation process.
•Assist farmers in terms of product efficiency and problem solving and suggestions.
•Coordinate with the sales and marketing department to inform the trial results.
•Coordinate with R&D about testing new products. (new breed test).

Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in agriculture.
- 0-1 Years + experience in agriculture industries and product demonstration.
- Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Strong communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and written.
- Statistical data analysis and reporting.
- Proactive and action oriented.
- Available use phenome program.
