Job Descriptions

1. To efficiently plan and coordinate project implementation, sourcing strategy, resource planning, project execution and management as per customers' key events. (Project Managament) 2. To determine project specification for the desirable requirements of Stamping Dies and Checking Fixtures. To oversee / manage all activities in Production Department (Metal Stamping - Fine Blanking / Normal Stamping - Automotive parts) 3. To update project monitoring and control, including dies development progress, 4. To participate and follow through procurement activities for material purchase, sub maker sourcing andensure timely delivery as per schedule. 5. To liase and clarify with customer on project information details such as project master schedule, panels delivery plan and quantity requirements by customers. 6. To initiate project plannning from Simultaneous Engineering (SE) work to completed project handover for new model introduction for inhouse production or at customers. 7. Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Female or Male age 25 years old above
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Science / Industrial Management or related field
Working Experience in Lean Management at least 0-1 years and Manufacting/Factory 1 year
Working Experience in Project Management in Automotive or Stamping Die at least 1 years
Knowledge in IATF16949:2016 / ISO9001:2015 / ISO14001:2015
Planning and Managing skill / Motivation Skill / Problem Solving / Negotiation skill
Can communicate in English well is a plus
