Job Descriptions

1.Assist Quality Manager to define quality policy, KPIs, procedure and rules among the organization as QSHEMR or Quality, Environment and Safety System Coordinator 2.Lead a quality team to achieve quality management system 3.Managing project progress and adapt work as required 4.Manage inspection equipment / define necessary equipment for quality site 5.Manage QA,QC and DCC to achieve the target 6.Mange and control budget for quality department 7.Support for training needs and all equipment 8.Support customer for countermeasure quality concern

Qualifications

Male not over 47 (ชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 47 ปี)
Direct experience QC, QA less than 7 years (ประสบการณ์ด้านตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 7 ปี)
Knowledge manufacturing industrial (ประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานผลิต และต้องมีความรู้เรื่องโรงงานผลิต)
Knowledge of problem analysis such as QC 7 tool, Why Why analysis, 8D report,
ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949 system requirement.
5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Lean
Calibration Management
Knowledge of ERP, SAP, Drawing 2D,3D, Auto CAD, Pro E etc.,
Quality control Method
Leader or Supervisor level more than 5 years
Good English Skills
Direct experience of Manufacturing type concerning material of steel, indirect, part, component, machine, stamping, tooling will be advantage.
Familiar with manufacturing process of Roll Forming, Stamping sheet metal, Spot Welding and Assembly processes will be advantage
