Job Descriptions
1. DCC to conform to ISO system 2. Issue MRB to supplier and monitoring countermeasure 3. Update any daily records from QC operators. 4. Manage and control inspection for IQC, IPQC, OBA,OQC and equipment. 5. Provide quality monthly report to manager. 6. Cooperate with relate department for document cascade and control 7. Conduct to Internal & External Audit for ISO9001 and supplier audit. 8. Scrap control and management. 9. Manage and plan subordinators for inspection. 10. Any assign by superior
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female/Other with age not over 45 years
  2. Quality control Method, Direct experience of QC/QA
  3. 5S, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Green Product Management (GP)
  4. Calibration Management
  5. DCC workflow, SP, WI functions
  6. ERP Syteline, SAP etc.,
  7. ISO9001, 14001, 45001, IATF16949 system requirement
  8. QC 7 tools such as Why-why analysis, Fish bone Diagram Pareto etc
  9. CSR and CoC
  10. Leadership skills
  11. Basic English Skills Upper
