Job Descriptions1. Supervise and review the quality records of subordinates in all departments, particularly records related to CCP points.
2. Provide training to subordinates on matters related to food safety, regulations/laws of each country to serve as guidelines for inspecting and controlling production according to standards.
3. Review and improve work procedures, including tools or equipment that support work efficiency, and manage the recruitment and performance evaluation during the probation period of subordinates.
4. Participate in meetings with the production department in cases of production issues that directly affect product quality, including deviations in product quality or quality inspections.
5. Provide guidance and answer questions related to product quality.
6. Control and implement plans for mock recall verification and traceability verification for responsible products.
7. Review production and quality control processes to ensure compliance with the HACCP Manual and report to supervisors in case of potential deviations that could affect product quality, to establish preventive measures.
8. Implement validation plans to verify the accuracy of CCP monitoring and surveillance.
9. Review quality assurance targets reports from subordinates and monitor their performance when it does not meet the set targets.
10. Follow up on corrective and preventive actions in cases of non-conformities, both in product quality or the production process.
11. Report on various follow-up results, including issues that arise in the daily production process, to supervisors.
12. Perform other duties as instructed by supervisors.
13. Revise and review quality control system documents to comply with ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, GMP, and BRC.
14. Organize training for subordinates related to work and customer requirements.
15. Update information/news related to production and quality control.
16. Other tasks as assigned.
