Job Descriptions
- ทำหน้าที่ฟ้องคดีแพ่ง คดีอาญา หรือคดีอื่นๆ ของบริษัทฯ
- ทำหน้าที่ในการเร่งรัด ติดตามหนี้สิน เจรจาไกล่เกลี่ย สืบทรัพย์ บังคับคดี ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ, จัดทำเอกสารรายงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 25-40 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านนิติศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์3-10 ปี ด้านฟ้องคดี/บังคับคดี หรือเคยว่าความเกี่ยวกับคดีเช่าซื้อหรือคดีกู้ยืม
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเร่งรัดหนี้ ติดตามหนี้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานในต่างจังหวัดได้
