Job Descriptions
PM is an owner of the business for the brand she/he represents. Responsibilities lie in 4 main areas:
1.Supply Chain/Principal management
-Negotiate&work with principals to set up quarterly&annual plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives of its products
-Forecast&initiate purchasing orders with the suppliers
-Communicate&coordinate daily activities with the principals to drive the business for its brands.
-Track performance&feedback on various issues with principals such as sales,MDF,RMA&etc
-Track orders&inventory of its products and resolve inventory issues such as product shortages&product overstock
-Prepare monthly/weekly sales&inventory report according to principal requirements
-Prepare necessary supporting documentation to process import licenses in various area
2.Sales&Channel Management
-Develop quarterly sales&channel plan to achieve our selling objectives
-Develop pricing structure&promotion plan for each sale channel
-Launch new product models into appropriate sales channels
-Monitor and manage sell out&inventory of key channels
-Develop&execute special campaigns to drive sales for each key channels
-Manage channel conflicts in terms of pricing,models,or territories
-Drive sales&optimize profitability of the business of the responsible brands.
3.Marketing (MKT) Management
-Work with our MKT team to develop MKT plan according to the objectives given from the brand
-Work with our MKT team to execute MKT activities in terms of roadshows, placements, reviews, social media postings,retail decorations,displays.
-Monitor and claim MDF budget with principals
4.Product (PD) Knowledge, Training & Support
-Test&compare key features&quality of new PDs with competitors’
-Disseminate training materials, presentations to sales,MKT&after sales team
-Work with our training team to train sales,PC,dealers&end users on new PD
-Escalate special technical/quality case to the supplier
-Understand PD channel landscape and create key business driver for achieving target
Qualifications
- Male or female, age 25-36 years old Thai Nationality
- Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, accounting, IT, or related field
- Experience in trading marketing, category management, managing key channels in consumer electronics, gadget or audio equipment especially for gaming & consumer electronic brand.
- Experience in crypto trading market will be plus
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in quickest time under highly competitive environments
- Experience in building brand, sales, sales channel management
- Planning skill, Analysis Ability and Thinking systematically
- Good communication/coordination skills
- Good computer skill (MS office) and Good presentation skill
- Able to travel overseas (Mostly in Asia Pacific) from time to time
