Job Descriptions

- Create pleasant experiences and uphold the standard of customer service at Stonegoat. - Greet customers and build relationships. - Patrol the climbing area, ensuring safety and that gym rules are observed. - Provide First Aid and ensure the general safety of customers while in the facility. - Perform general front desk duties, including but not limited to checking in customers, registering new customers, and selling passes, memberships, and retail products. - Maintain the cleanliness of the gym and assist with various maintenance duties. - Manage stock of operational supplies and retail products. - Assist the team in ensuring the success of events. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Well-presented and attentive to appearance.
Tidy and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Previous experience in the service industry (e.g., front-of-house roles in restaurants, cafes, fitness centers, hotels, tourism, or retail).
Bilingual in Thai and English (ability to converse in both languages), with a third language being a plus.
Passion for activities such as climbing.
