Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. *** Working hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) Working location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) Duties and Responsibilities - Sourcing and implementing of new vendors/truckers. - Recruiting and selecting truckers and negotiating contracts and rates. - Managing and controlling vendor (trucks) service standards and evaluation framework for service standards by KPIs. - Managing and optimizing logistics operations via our data system (TMS) including monitoring all through it. - Negotiating credit terms and conditions with vendors (trucks) to secure the best possible rates and service quality. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all connected logistics processes, make a business deal, contract, negotiate rates with transportation and logistics services providers to provide optimum services delivery & cost and monitor services. - Negotiating favorable contractual terms and conditions with Trucker and managing the designated Trucker relationships. - Delivering cost reduction commitments through the identification, development, and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives. - Visiting the Trucker facilities to qualify them as new sources and assist in the resolution of problems and onsite visits for the truck inspection - Developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures and reviews on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external policies. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Business Management or a related field.
Min. 1 year experience in 3PL / E-Commerce / Express / Logistics/ Transportation /Supply Chain or equivalent.
Have well subcontractor connection for trucks is plus.
Fair - Good verbal and written English communication skill is plus.
High responsibility, willing to learn and able to work with others as teamwork.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation skill, team work and able to work under pressure.
Strong in computer skills in MS office such as word, Excel and Google sheet (is plus).
Strong in contract negotiation and supplier management with an ability to manage and improve vendor performance as well as customer focus and service orientation.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze data and communicate insights through business strategy.
Strong organizational, time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment.
