Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Foster positive employee relations and provide support throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, and offboarding support). • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. • Handle any issues related to labor laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements for policies and company regulations. • Enforce company rules and regulations. • Issue warnings and take corrective action when employees have performance issues. • Ensure the well-being and welfare of employees. • Host and plan company activities, events, and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, long service awards, employee of the quarter/year, best performance awards, outing trips, company parties, CSR, etc. • Conduct initiatives plans/programs/activities to increase employee satisfaction and engagement or raise cultural awareness. • Be responsible for conducting employee engagement surveys, analyzing results, and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement. • Act as a consultant/counselor to employees, providing support and guidance on personal and professional issues. • Build and maintain good relationships among employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. • Be actively involved in building and promoting employer branding internally and externally. • Conduct exit interviews. Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality, open for any gender, 27 - 35 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on employee relations and welfare.
  4. Experience in handling labor disputes.
  5. Good command of English, especially in reading and writing (TOEIC score 550 and up will be an advantage).
  6. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Have an ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  9. Have an ability to understand and address employee needs and concerns, as well as contribute to the company's overall employer brand, is essential.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
