Job Descriptions
1.Control Production line , Painting department.
2.Supervise the employees of the painting department.
3.Training on painting techniques for employees.
4.Improve and Kaizen the production painting process to reduce scrap.
5.Report quality and production problems to Manager.
6.Control painting department to be safety.
Qualifications
- Age 23-35 years
- Male / Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field.
- Have working experience at least 5 years about Painting from automotive manufacturing industry
- Have knowledge , understanding in the painting process
- Communicate in English / Japanese
