Job Descriptions
Supervise team to ensure production line is smooth and achieve KPIs. Escalate issue and raise concerns if any Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Delegate tasks. Oversee day-to-day operation. Monitor team performance and report on metrics. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments. Be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Maintain good conditions of facility and utility. Other task as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in logistic and supply chain or relevant field.
  2. Good at MS office program (Excel, Word)
  3. Having Leadership skills
  4. Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
  5. At least 2 years working experience in warehouse
  6. Able to work under pressure and independently.
  7. Proven experience as team leader or relevant role.
  8. Could be able to communicate both in Thai and English
