Job Descriptions
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES; •Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department. •Receive and implement customer feedback to improve the quality of service. •Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards. •Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis. •Oversee the budget for the customer service section. •Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis. •Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase service efficiency and achieve business objectives. •Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction. •On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skill set.
Qualifications
  1. any gender
  2. Age 35 - 47 years
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Logistics Management, or any related fields.
  4. At least 8-10 years working experiences in Transportation Operation, Nationwide with 3 years in Management level
  5. Knowledge in Transportation Operation, Cost Analysis, Safety, Aftersales Service
  6. Experienced in planning, budgeting and managing a 3PL
  7. Good organizer with ability to multi task in a fast & dynamic environment
  8. Strategic thinking, Strong communication & Presentation skill
  9. Fair for communication of English skill
