Job Descriptions
1.Responsibility of PPAP and process changing documents New Model phase ( e.g. Process Flow chart ,FMEA, Control Plan , Wls , Production Standard , Production check sheet and relevant document , etc.) 2.Control production NG New Model in process. 3.Analysis and problem sing that occur in process and products New Model. 4.Availability of required equipment, tools, test equipment and prototype parts. 5.Trial run new model products before start mass production. 6.Analyse problems together with the team to respond to customers 8D. 7.Documentation of engineering changes NCR,PCR. 8.Coordinate with customers, suppliers and related department. 9.To be APQP teams (Cross Functional Team) 10.Quality objective supporting for related responsibility. 11.Other assignment as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. เพศ /Sex : Male/Female
  2. อายุ/Age : 25 Years and above.
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา /Education : Bachelor degree in Engineer field.
  4. ประสบการณ์ /Experience : At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry.
  5. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 system.
  6. Knowledge of Production, Drawing, Stamping process , Welding process and related.
  7. Able to read and understanding in Drawing.
  8. Use basic measring.
  9. Analytical and problem solving skills.
