Job Descriptions
1) Part/material quality Incoming inspection, In-process and Outgoing inspection control. - Incoming part/material both current and new model. - In-process inspection for current part, new model, trial and improvement. - Outgoing inspection part before delivery to customer. 2) Measurement System Analysis (MSA) study. 3) Control calibration system. - Prepare and update the calibration yearly plan. - Issue PR for purchase or calibrate measuring devices. - Registration of measuring and testing devices. - Contact and coordinate with external laboratory. - Review certification of calibration and keep record. - Controlled the measuring devices defective. - Internal verification all measuring devices within factory by monthly. 4) Other assignment as assign.
Qualifications
  1. เพศ /Sex : Male
  2. อายุ/Age : 25-35 Years old
  3. วุฒิการศึกษา /Education : Diploma in Machine tool technology or Industrial technology.
  4. ประสบการณ์ /Experience : At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance
  5. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 system.
  6. Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Production, Statistical technique, Drawing, Sampling process.
  7. Knowledge of Calibration systems.
  8. Knowledge and skill of measuring tools.
  9. Able to read and understanding in Drawing.
  10. Able to use small tools (vernier, micro meter, height gauge, etc.)
  11. Able to use CMM, Contour, Roughness, etc.
